Flapping in the summer breeze...

It's pretty warm today, but somehow autumn heat doesn't feel the same as summer heat. Maybe it's because the sun isn't as bright?

I went outside to look for our kitty friend, but he doesn't seem to be around. Maybe he's sleeping somewhere?

I finished knitting Ciel's sweater, but all of our buttons are too small. So I'm putting that aside and working on Emilio's sweater, made out of 100% Norwegian wool! ^_^

I'm going to list two pairs of 16mm Tallina's eyes on eBay either today or tomorrow. We have so many Zoukei-mura and Antique Rose eyes that it's frivolous to keep them. I have the 18mm light blue Zoukei-mura eyes in Saffron now--they actually look quite nice in her, even though I'm used to 16mm in her. I've noticed a slight inconsistency in the iris size in Zoukei-mura eyes. For some reason, our light blue and dark kite purple have smaller irises than the gold brown B. Antique Rose eyes also seem to have slightly larger irises.

I want to repaint Nera tonight, now that I have some free time. Think I'm going to give her gray eyes instead of violet this time...

Which Tallina's eyes are you going to be listing? :-) I've been looking for some non-Volks/AR 16mm glass eyes for my minis, but the only ones available in Canada are plain colours such as blue, brown, etc.

I just listed gray and green-gray. The green-gray in particular are really nice--I just figured that if I have Volks blue-green there was no point to keeping them. ^^

Thanks for letting me know, I'll keep checking the auction (I don't like to big until closer to the end date). They do look pretty!
