Fume fume fume...

As mentioned in my not for human consumption post, I am not pleased about how things are going down on a certain club. For God's sake...people keep talking about Minako's "reputation" but when you come right down to it, it's all assumption. People automatically assume the worst, and they don't even think of Minako as a human being.

Honestly...how hard is it to understand that NO DEPOSIT doesn't mean NO OBLIGATION! It's fine that Volks doesn't require a deposit and all, but it's no different from a COD. Which means that once that doll comes in, you HAVE to pay. And since Minako is basically playing errand girl to a lot of people, many of which like to back out of paying when the thing takes too long, guess who gets to pick up the slack? (sighs)

It's not fair for her to pay for somebody's several hundred dollar "It took too long" or "I changed my mind" or even "I can't pay". Whatever reason it is, it costs her hundreds of dollars for each cancellation, and what would happen if she couldn't sell the cancelled doll? It could ruin her financially--it ruined another errand service that wound up having to shut down. Just one person is all it takes! Minako has to be able to protect herself--THAT'S why she makes you pay up front!

I would love to jump in at that club, but I'll leave that to the moderators--it's not my right to try to discipline club members. But I really wish I could!

You're so right when you mentioned that Minako would be obligated to buy the doll once it came it! That's what happened with the other 2 dolls she got stuck with! She was kinda panicky when that one person cancelled on the Megu. I don't know if she had taken any kind of payment after the girl had ordered tho. Maybe that's when she started the whole No Refunds deal. Anyhow, good thing she was able to find homes for the Megu and for the FCS girl. She got lucky those times. Hopefully, she won't get stuck again like that.

For some reason, it was considered "mean" and "cruel" and "pointless" to point that out. (sighs) I'm far too broke for that, but I was seriously planning on buying one of those cancelled dolls if Minako couldn't sell them.

You know, I guess this doesn't make me a very nice person, but I really don't have any regrets about what happened. I'm not nearly mature enough to say, "We'll miss you" to somebody who pulls something like that. Maybe it's because some people didn't realize just what she was up to?

Yeah, some people refused to really read what was behind that post. Also, did any of the people that responded use Minako at all? I don't understand why they thought it was "mean" to point out the other 2 cancelled dolls when here she's already trying to cancel. >_<

Honestly, I'm glad she's gone. Did she really contribute anything to the group? All she seemed to do was ask questions without doing her own research. To me, it seemed she expected people to give her links and find stuff for her. *shrugs*

Don't worry, it's over and done with! On with the dolls!!
