Our computer exploded.

Ha ha ha...it's in the big computer graveyard in the sky...I'm lucky it didn't start a fire...but I'm having trouble hooking up the replacement to the Internet. I need drivers for the network adapter, but I can't download them because I don't have access to the Internet on that computer, and I hope SBC doesn't give me the runaround with giving me new installation software....

So if anybody wonders where we are, that's where.

Exploded? Crap it is a lucky thing it didn't start a fire. How on earth did it explode? Hope you can get back to us soon.

Eh heh heh...I think the power source blew. The computer just shut off while I was in the middle of using it, and the back of the computer got so hot that it burned my hand(didn't cause any lasting damage, though) Now it won't turn back on. I tried to revive it a couple of times, but it looks like it's really gone...it's not a recent computer, and I'm afraid to mess with it.
