Post Christmas.
Dec. 27th, 2006 05:26 pmChristmas came and went with very little fanfare. I finally finished the Koigu scarf I had been working on since Easter(not steadily, though!) and am now knitting the Lopi Lace scarf from Weekend Knitting with one of my Christmas presents to myself: two hanks of Manos del Uruguay yarn in Cirrus. I know it's not lopi, but close enough! I gave it a contrasting border in Lauren's Manos del Uruguay Rose yarn. ^^;
I'm also playing the copy of Kowloon Youma Gakuenki: recharge that Lauren got me for Christmas. The original version of the game got very good reviews on Japanese sites, and a lot of Megaten sites also have fanpages dedicated to it, so I wanted to try it out really badly, and luckily it got a re-release! Right now I'm finding it a bit confusing, but I can see how Persona 3 borrowed very heavily from it in terms of the structure of the game(school sim during the day, dungeon crawling at night) So for those of you who thought that Persona 3 was the first Atlus game like that...it's not. ::laughs::
I have another update on Seira, but I haven't uploaded the picture yet. I'm a bit distracted by the Manos. ::laughs:: I also finally put the four Soul Hackers doujinshi on eBay. It's 15 cent listing day, so I figured I ought to. I love the way eBay doesn't do free listing day anymore, and when they do 15 cent listing day, they try to make sure that you don't find out about it until it's too late!
